Shipping & Tracking

- We ship to all locations serviced by DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and the order will be canceled. To avoid this, please ensure that your shipping address, zip code, and contact details are accurate and complete.
Delivery & Timelines

- Delivery typically takes 4-7 days, but shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

- Deliveries to ground-floor residences and offices will be made directly to the doorstep.
Shipping Charges & International Orders
- We offer free shipping on orders above $100. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination country.
- To receive an international shipping quote, please email your selection to sales@orrizen.com.
- Customs duties and taxes are applicable as per the regulations of the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- No additional conveyance, postage, handling, or return shipping charges are included unless explicitly stated.
Packaging & Order Handling
- Your order will be securely packed in a third-party logistics cardboard box, while copper products will be housed in our signature Orrizen-branded packaging for added protection.
- If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you via the email provided during checkout.
